Cancellation policy

By subscribing, you ask us to start your membership immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins. Every plug-in has a free trial in the Mercurial Tones Hub, so you can try them before you subscribe.

Membership

Mercurial Tones Membership gives you access to all paid Mercurial Tones plug-ins, plus 100 Hub credits added to your wallet for each month your membership covers, including every month of an annual plan. You can pay monthly (EUR 14.99) or annually (EUR 143.88). Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your customer account: you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments for the first period and for renewals are therefore non-refundable. Every plug-in has a free trial, which is the way to evaluate our products before subscribing. Refund and chargeback requests are reviewed case by case by our support team. If a month is refunded, the credits issued for that month are removed from your wallet balance; sounds you have already downloaded are not affected. This does not affect your statutory rights.
