Relic
Vintage soul. Modern clarity.
A reverb with two eras. Vintage is dense and warm, its highs fading the way the classic digital units did. Modern is open and detailed. Hall, Room and Plate in both, and AI Assist to set it up for your sound.

A reverb that fills the room without crowding the mix.
Warm when you want it, clear when you need it.
The interface
Every part of the tail, in reach.
Set how long the tail lasts, how it starts and how it colours over time, and watch the reverb itself on the spectrum while you play. Bass and Treble decay each have their own crossover, so the lows can linger while the highs fade, or the other way round.
- Decay, Predelay and Size
- Bass and Treble decay, each with its own crossover
- Early reflections, Diffuse or Centered
- Wet EQ with Low Cut, High Cut and up to six bands
- Wet Gain, Wet and Output
01 · Two eras
One switch between then and now.
Every space in Relic comes in two eras. Switch at any time and hear the same room told two ways. In Vintage, even the interface ages: it takes on the look of an old photograph, and fades back to clean when you return to Modern.
Vintage
Thick, diffuse and wide, with a full low end and highs that fade quickly. A slow, living movement inside the tail, plus Grit and Noise when you want the character of old hardware.
Modern
Clean, smooth and transparent, with a long, even tail that keeps its air. Made for productions that need space without colour.
Hear the difference
On real material.
Pick an example, press play and switch between Before and After while it runs. Every example is level-matched, so you hear the space, not extra volume.

Factory presets
All source material is from Mercurial Tones sample packs.
02 · Three spaces
Hall, Room, Plate.
Three spaces, each in both eras. Switch while the music plays: Relic hands the tail over smoothly instead of cutting it off.
Hall
A deep, spacious hall for vocals, strings, pads and anything that needs to breathe.
Room
A tight, believable room that glues drums, guitars and keys into one space.
Plate
The fast, dense bloom of a plate, made for snares and vocals that need to shine.
03 · AI Assist
Let Relic listen first.
Press AI Assist and play your track. Relic listens for a few seconds and sets up a starting point made for that sound: the space, the decay, the tone and the ducking. Every control stays yours to adjust.
- Four intents: Tight, Natural, Big and Ambient
- Switch intents without listening again
- Go back to your sound before AI Assist at any time
- Runs inside the plug-in, on your computer
04 · Colour & movement
Make it move. Make it yours.
Give the tail a slow drift or a fast flutter, add the grain of old hardware, and let the reverb step aside while the singer is singing.
Chorus
Movement inside the reverb, from a slow drift to a fast flutter, with its own rate.
Grit & Noise
The rough edge and the quiet hiss of vintage gear, as much or as little as you like.
Ducking
Relic lowers the reverb while the source plays and lets it bloom in the gaps, with Amount, Sensitivity and Release.

05 · Factory library
Ready from the first note.
76 sounds in seven banks, each in an Insert version to use straight on a track and a Return version for an aux send.
Depth view
See how long every frequency rings, drawn as a landscape over the spectrum.
Zero latency
Relic adds no latency at any sample rate, so it is ready for tracking and live use.
Safe long tails
A safety limiter on the reverb protects your ears and speakers when a long tail builds up.

From our users
They didn't expect to love a reverb.
Real words from producers testing Relic.
Relic sounds fantastic. Premium, lush, polished and very easy to get great results from without much tweaking.
Honestly… you nailed this. I don't think I have anything that I would change.
Fast, smooth, visual and easy to get a great reverb.
Grit is honestly magical here. I love what it does to drum reverbs.
It is rare that I ever get excited about reverb plugins… Relic appears to stand well above the others.
Ducking works beautifully on vocals. It keeps the vocal forward while allowing the reverb to bloom naturally between phrases.
AI Assist consistently gave me very useful starting points across vocals, leads and drums.
I find the Depth view incredibly helpful in determining where the reverb is occupying the sonic landscape.
