Three processing modes
The right phase for every job.
Switch between Live, Natural Phase and Linear Phase whenever you like. Daedalus reports its latency to your DAW, so every mode stays in time with the rest of your tracks.
Live
Minimum-phase EQ with no added latency, for tracking, live performance and everyday mixing.
Natural Phase
Follows the response of an analog equalizer, with consistent latency at every supported sample rate.
Linear Phase
No phase shift between frequencies, with five resolutions from Low to Maximum.
01 · The EQ
Twenty-four bands. Nine shapes.
Bells, shelves, cuts, notch, band pass and two kinds of tilt, with cut slopes from gentle to brickwall. Put any band on the stereo signal, on the left or right channel, or on the mid or side.

02 · Dynamics
Every band can move with the music.
Make any band dynamic and it only cuts or boosts when the material asks for it. Auto threshold sets it up for you, or take control of threshold, attack and release yourself, and key any band from an external sidechain.
Sidechain on any band
Key a dynamic band from the plug-in's external sidechain input, band by band.
Spectral dynamics
Work on individual frequencies inside a band instead of moving the whole band at once.
Transient or Tonal
Target just the attacks of a sound, or just its sustained body.
Pitch Follow
Let a band follow the note being played, on its fundamental or any harmonic up to the 16th.
Your own key region
Set the detector's own frequency range and listen to it on its own.
Light engine
The default dynamics engine, light on CPU even with many dynamic bands. The Legacy engine is still available in Settings.
